The Today Show (ABC) ended this year's series of Where in the World is Matt Lauer with a drop in visit to Barbados, where Matt and Giada De Laurentiis spent time on Sandy Lane Beach (which guests to Saramanda have exclusive access to) with Soca Queen Alison Hinds, along with a Bajan style carnival crew. Giada & Matt learnt all about Bajan cuisine, and our national dish, Flying Fish & Cou Cou. Giada also learnt all about the oldest rum in the world at the Mount Gay Rum Distillery.
